One Month Free Accommodations

DISCLOSURE AND CONDITIONS:

Kip Smith & Andrew Kuras are licensed realtors with The Residential Group Realty, will arrange one month free accommodations for the client provided that the client staying in the unit purchases a property through Andrew Kuras and or Kip Smith during this time of stay.

CONDITIONS:

1. Length of stay to be 1 month only in a studio or 1 bedroom suite. Maximum rent to be $2,000 per month in one our of our downtown managed units, provided that the person staying purchases a property through Kip Smith and Andrew Kuras during this time of stay.
2. Should the client need more than a month stay at the suite, balance of stay will be paid by the client. Only the 1st month rent (up to $2,000) will be reimbursed.
3. The Buyer will be refunded the rental monies of the first month stay on the COMPLETION DATE of the Real Estate Transaction.
